We haven't exactly figured out why this adorable, hidden bar off the Santa Monica promenade is not bustling with men. If you are lucky, you may stumble upon a few Corporateers or Seacrests but don't bank on it. Grab a cocktail with your girls at Chloe before a night of frolicking at Ma'kai, Renee's or Copo D'Oro.
